We prepare legal documents using an AI-assisted drafting system. Every document you order is reviewed by a qualified lawyer before it is delivered to you.

Your package tells you which document you receive, how many rounds of revision are included, and how long delivery should take. The package details shown at checkout form part of these terms.

We do not act as your advocate on record, appear before any court or authority, or represent you in a dispute.

A reviewed document is not a guarantee of any legal outcome. Whether a clause is enforced depends on facts, conduct, and the court or authority deciding the matter — all outside our control.

If your situation is more complex than your chosen package covers, we will tell you before doing the work and offer a quotation or a consultation instead.

The document we prepare reflects the information you give us. You are responsible for making sure names, addresses, dates, amounts, and property details are accurate and complete.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the arrangement you are documenting.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, or to document a transaction you know to be fraudulent.

We deliver a PDF and an editable Word version of your document through a secure download area linked to your order.

Our delivery commitment starts when we have complete information from you. If we need a missing detail, your order moves to "Action needed" and the clock pauses until you reply.

Your package includes a set number of revision rounds within a stated window. A revision means correcting or adjusting the document we delivered against the instructions you originally gave.

A change that alters the nature of the transaction, or adds a matter you did not tell us about, may be treated as new work and quoted separately.

An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive an Order ID. If a payment fails, no order is created and you are not charged.

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted at checkout, which we record with your consent.
