Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before we begin drafting, you receive a full refund.

To cancel, write to support@kaanuniparamarsh.com with your Order ID.

Once drafting or lawyer review has begun, we may retain a part of the fee reflecting the work already done, and refund the balance.

We will tell you the exact amount before processing.

Once a lawyer-reviewed document has been delivered, the service has been performed and the fee is generally not refundable.

If the delivered document does not match the information you gave us, that is a correction, not a refund matter — we will fix it under your included revisions at no cost.

If we decide your matter is outside the scope of the service, or we cannot complete it for any reason, you receive a full refund.

If we miss our stated delivery commitment because of something within our control, contact support and we will agree a fair remedy with you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, your bank or payment provider typically credits it within five to seven working days.
